Ria Tuala is an experienced educator with a passion for early childhood education, transition to school, and community development. Ria has taught at the primary level over the past 20 years both in New Zealand and the UK. Her mother, Lealofi Setefano, was the founder of Aoga a le Teuila Preschool in Glen Innes where Ria served in a governance capacity before starting Community KIDS Early Learning Centres. Ria is a highly committed leader who is driven to bring out the best in her team. Her vision is to apply the Community KIDS philosophy across a range of different communities, especially those with priority groups.
