Felicity had lead our Curriculum and Programme delivery. She is an experienced educator who takes pride in ensuring that our learning programme promotes Te Whāriki (the New Zealand Curriculum) as well as the Community KIDS philosophy of Knowledge, Identity, Discovery and Success. She is passionate about education and bringing out the best in both teachers and children. She motivates our teaching teams to facilitate high quality learning interactions everyday. She also ensures that our programme is culturally responsive and relevant to the local community. Felicity’s practice embodies the saying, it takes a village to raise a child”
